Canadian Customers

We happily serve our Canadian neighbors. We ship all orders to Canada from our warehouse via UPS which means orders are insured and trackable. Transit times vary, but do not exceed more than 14 business days.

DID YOU KNOW? Purchases made from outside Canada are subject to import duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees which can be 30-35% of the order amount net of shipping fees.

These additional duties, which vary depending on country of manufacture, weight, size and tax codes particular to Canadian provinces, are NOT included in the UPS shipping charges at time of order. Instead, they are assessed and collected by UPS on behalf of Canadian Customs at time of importation. As a result, these fees are not included in your order total.

Please be aware that shipping charges will not be refunded to customers who return shipments due to a refusal to pay importation fees.
