Once we have this information, we can verify the online pricing, description, brand name, availability and the cost of shipping. This process may take just a little time, and we'll contact you as soon as the information is verified.

Gryndo.com will review all Internet price match requests, but we cannot guarantee that all prices in all cases will be matched. Not all Internet vendors and websites are authorized dealers, and some do not always abide by the pricing policies of the product manufacturers. Please keep in mind that we will not match prices on refurbished, blemished, or discontinued products.

Once we have this information, we can verify the pricing, description, brand name, availability and the cost of shipping. This process may take a little time, and we'll contact you as soon as the information is verified.

Items must be advertised, in stock, and verifiable on the Internet or in a local or national paper, magazine, or catalog by an authorized dealer (you will be required to email or fax a copy of the competitor's offer). Advertised items must be factory-sealed new product. Demo models, factory seconds, closeout items, sale items, discontinued merchandise and floor samples do not qualify.

Restrictions:

• Price match cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
• Advertisements must be current - Out of date websites, print ads or catalogs will not be accepted.
• Verbal and emailed price quotes will not be honored - Price must be clearly stated in a print ad, catalog or on an online store by an authorized dealer.
• Price match only applies to individual items and not combined items, package deals or cumulative order total.
• Product must be a current model, in new condition, in factory sealed packaging with full manufacturer's warranty.
• Item may not be a closeout, blemished, demo model, factory second or listed on an auction or classified ad-type site (eg; no Ebay auctions).
• Price matches can only be made from competing dealers located within the United States.
• Gryndoscooters.com will determine the validity of advertised prices and the legitimacy of dealers.
• "Free purchase offers" or "free shipping offers" will not be considered.
• Gryndoscooters.com reserves the right to change any published prices or policies without notice.
• Because products, parts and accessories are in a constant state of change, price matches can only be made prior to ordering.
