Madd Gear's MGP Bat Wing Pro Scooter Bar with 5 Degree Rake is the infamous scooter bat wing bar used in all MGP Nitro Scooters. These MGP bat wing bars, built for strength and durability, are one piece bars made of chromoly steel and measure 22” high and 21” wide. The MGP Bat Wing bars are made with a 5 degree back sweep (also known as rake) that give the rider more control when performing scooter stunts and tricks. MGP Bat Wing bars are “over-sized” and have an outside diameter of 1 3/8 inches which requires an oversized clamp.
The MGP oversized batwing bars are compatible with threaded forks with MGP Nitro HIC (Hidden Internal Compression) or other HIC or SCS systems and make a great handlebar upgrade. The MGP Bat Wing Bar with Rake is NOT compatible with forks that come with ICS (inverted compression system) and are NOT recommended for use with threaded forks. The MGP Bat Wing Bars are about as pro as they come.
