Gryndo Scooters carries Madd Gear's replacement MGP Nitro Scooter Hidden Internal Compression System (HIC), the same one that comes standard on the MGP Nitro and MGP Ninja scooters. The advantage of Madd Gear's HIC compression set is two-fold: HIC stays tight longer and better than SCS and you don't have to deal with installing a starnut which can be difficult and time-consuming. The MGP HIC is suited for scooters with over-size bars and threadless forks. Not compatible with threaded forks or standard size scooter bars.
Many pro riders claim that HIC is the strongest compression available and stays tight longer and better than standard SCS.
